PTC Scam Site
This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- Poor website design.
- Help page is verbatim to about 6 other sites I've reviewed.
- Claims that in 3 years, they've paid 27,000 members over $28 million.

Why it's a scam
The numbers don't add up with what they're claiming to have paid out. I don't see how only 27,000 members can make over $28 million since the site began in 2007.
Either way, you will never get paid anyway, so it's not worth trying to do the math.
Has ad packages for advertisers as low as $2, and as high as $45.
There is a section for upgrading your membership. But, in order to see what their pricing plan is, you have to be a member and log-in.
I don't like secrets and this site has a few. I don't understand why you need to be a member to see what it costs to upgrade. Sounds like a big scam to me.
