This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- No business or company information.
- Generic appearance of website.
- Offers a membership upgrade for a price. Has options to pay with PayPal and Alertpay. Has a Yahoo email address listed as the PayPal payee account id.

Why it's a scam
You will never make that much to read emails, even with a downline. For what they ask advertisers to pay to advertise on their site is far lower than what they're offering to members as pay. They're completely upside down.
Pardon me for saying it, but they make it off the suckers who pay for a membership and the advertisers who put ads on the site. You're better off keeping your money or sticking to free surveys
