PTC Scam Site
This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- Type in the web address for Clixncash and you are taken to a new PTC site, Incentria.
- A new name on the same domain suggests, to me, a previously failed scam with a new name.
- Site moderator is the target of many negative forum comments on many different forums.

Why it's a scam
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. If the moderator had to shut down one scam, how long do they think the next will last?
