This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- An almost dizzying and nauseating appearance to the website.
- It's the end of August and there's still a wishing of "Happy New Year!" on the homepage.
- Has a News & Announcements page with no news or announcements.

I'm sorry, but 400% referral commission is completely unbelievable...
There's also a FAQ page with no FAQ's.
By offering referrals and signups for a price, and high-cost ad packages for advertisers.
I almost feel bad for not having more information about this site. But when the site doesn't offer much more than rubbish; what do you expect?
