This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- An extremely generic looking site.
- Has pop-up ads.
- Grammatical errors.

Why it's a scam
Has a "proof of payments" page with a list of supposed members and how much they've been paid. It looks like it was put together by the moderator.
Claims to have paid out over $800,000 to 26,000 members
They outrageous prices on yearly memberships, as low as $39. And, lifetime memberships starting at $399.
There are also ad plans for advertisers to pay for.
Some of their prices are completely ridiculous. Anyone who would pay them should not be left alone with a computer and the Internet.
