PTC Scam Site
This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- Poorly constructed website design.
- Lack of credible advertising.
- Claim of over $11 million in payouts.

Why it's a scam
The site says you can only cash out when you reach minimum, but I can't find what that minimum is. You pretty much have to wait until the redemption button appears, from what I've found.
Explanations of anything on this site are scarce, if existing at all.
By hoping people pay the $100 lifetime membership fee.
There are also ad packages and ad placement fees for advertisers.
It seems weird they won't tell you how much you need to cash out, that you have to wait until the redemption button appears. If you're a paid member, you're probably going to wait forever until that happens...
