PTC Scam Site
This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- One of the payment options is through Western Union.
- No business information is listed on the website.
- Nulla facilisi. Sed ac mi et lacus egestas

Supposed pay
Why it's a scam
They try to show that you can save by signing up now for a reduced price. It lists the initial signup cost for a lifetime membership at $999,then reduced to $499, again to $249. But now it's down to a manageable $149!
By hoping someone will pay the $149 for the lifetime membership.
They also have different price plans on ad packages and ad placement for advertisers.
Although this is the better designed scam that I've looked at, it still has some hidden deceitfulness behind it. The payments for clicking emails and PTC's is still too high.
