This site gives every impression of being a scam. The main points of interest are as follows:
- Website design has nothing to do with anything related to making money.
- Lack of credible advertising.
- Very high payout minimum.

The site also claims to have paid its members over $93 million. Yea, right...
Free members can pay anywhere from $10 to $29 per month, depending on which membership you choose.
Advertisers pay for ad packages.
If you can't find a full-time job that pays this much, you'll never make that kind of money clicking ads.
